What Makes Kashmir Origin Different from Other Ethnic Wear Brands
Share
There are hundreds of places online to buy ethnic wear. Most of them sell the same things — mass-produced prints, machine-made embroidery, and factory fabrics dressed up as handcrafted. Kashmir Origin exists because we believed there had to be a better way.

We Source Directly from the Valley
Every product on Kashmir Origin is made in Kashmir by real Kashmiri artisans. We work directly with weaving clusters, embroidery workshops, and farming families — no middlemen, no factories, no compromises.
Every Piece is Genuinely Handmade
Our aari embroidery is done by hand. Our Pashmina is hand-spun and hand-woven. Our saffron is handpicked from Pampore. These are not marketing claims — they are supply chain facts we can trace to individual artisans.
We Pay Artisans Fairly
Kashmir’s craft economy has long been squeezed by middlemen. We pay artisans directly and transparently — which is why we can proudly say every purchase at Kashmir Origin supports a real family in the Valley.
