Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹500 across India.

• Orders under ₹500 incur a low-order fee of ₹100 and must be prepaid.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)** available for eligible pincodes at a nominal charge of ₹90.

• Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours and typically delivered within 4–7 business days.

International Shipping

• Shipping charges are based on weight and delivery location (zip-code based rates).

• Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

• No reverse pickup available for international returns. Customers must arrange return shipping on their own.

Return and Refund Policy

At KashmirOrigin, we are proud to offer handmade, customized products, created with love and utmost care by local artisans. As each item is meticulously handcrafted, our return policy protects both the makers and the takers of these special treasures.

• Email us at kashmirorigin@gmail.com with your order ID, issue details, and opening video.

• Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (India only).

• Pack the item securely and hand it to the assigned courier.

• We will notify you within 1 business day of receiving the returned item after a quality check

RETURN POLICY

In the following cases, you can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged item received

Important Note:

• Please share an unboxing video and clear images of the product when sending your return request.
  
  

• Products must be unused and unwashed. It should have intact tags and packaging.
  
  

• Returns will not be accepted for preferences like color, size, or style dislikes. We encourage checking our size chart or contacting customer service for guidance before placing an order. 

• We Accept Easy and free exchange only if a damaged product or wrong product is sent to you. or any other reason where company has no fault and has sent a correct product and still customer wants an exchange in that case customer has to pay the shipping charges only.

Made-to-Order Clothing – Customized Orders

Fortunately, most of our clothing is made-to-order. 

• Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
  
  

• If you have unique measurements (e.g., small chest with wide hips), we strongly recommend reaching out to our team for custom sizing advice before placing your order.
  
  

• In such cases, your returns will not be accepted for orders placed without consultation
  
  

• All custom orders are strictly Non Returnable.
• For placing a custom order Customer has to pay in Advance a Full payment or half amountof order value to initate work on a particular product.
• For over sized Articles were extra fabric is required, customer has to pay extra amount and charges are applicaple as per size required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For the safety of our artisan skills, some of the products are completely non-eligible for return:

• Clearance sale, End-of-Season Sale, or Stock Clearance products.
  
  

• Orders accepted despite damaged packaging or broken seal at the time of delivery.
  
  

• Slight color or embellishment variation due to screen resolution or dyeing techniques (this is common with handmade items)

REFUND POLICY

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Choose between store credit or a refund to your bank account.
  
  

• A secure payment link will be sent for you to enter your bank details, once we receive the product at our warehouse.
